Dan and Leah Morrow started Tidewater with one van in 2009. Today we're a team of eleven plumbers, gasfitters and apprentices, and Leah still answers the phone most mornings. We look after homes, strata buildings, cafés and offices across the coast.

Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not on weekdays in our service area. After hours and on weekends there's a flat $95 call-out fee, which we tell you about before we send anyone.
How fast can you get here in an emergency?
For burst pipes, gas leaks and overflowing drains we aim to arrive within 60 minutes, any time of day or night.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
For common jobs, like replacing a tap or a standard hot water unit, yes. For anything else we give a fixed price on site before we start any work.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every plumber and gasfitter on our team is fully licensed, and we carry $20 million in public liability insurance. We're happy to send certificates for strata or commercial work.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, bank transfer and cash. We can also invoice businesses and strata managers on 14-day terms.
